Times change, people change, so does society.
In the future, crime becomes a virus throughout the USA, infecting even children like little ol' Harley who commits a crime worthy of prison. But with time changed, kids like that are not being send to court, rather than to Rehabilitation schools desinged spesifically to maintain the teens and "cure" them.
There are hidden dark secrets, waiting to be discovered, places to be exposed, people to be put in real jail. But the question is; will Harley make it to tell the truth?
