All is well in Arendelle. The land prospers under the fair and beloved Queen Elsa, and her sister, Anna. 

2 years have passed since the "Eternal Winter", and Elsa still struggles to control her powers.

"I have go to find out for myself, Anna," she pleaded with her sister, "If it's possible for someone like me to ever find love in my frozen heart."

In Elsa's mind, she was seeing her powers dissipate when Anna sacrificed herself in an act of of true love. Why did this love not work the other way around? If Elsa were to find her own true love, would she finally have a handle on her powers?

The Snow Queen's unexpected meeting with the mysterious Guardian of Fun, Jack Frost, could be her only chance to learn about love, how to love, and perhaps even... to fall in love.
