"Hello?" I spoke, giving Kain a sorry look.

"Yes, hello. Is this Alaila?" A female voice spoke from the other line.

"Yes it is, who's calling?" I asked confused, the voice sounded a little familiar.

"This is Nurse Terisa," she began. I sat there stiff as I heard the nurse speak to me, not believing a single word she was saying.

"Is everything ok Alaila?" He asked looking at me worriedly. I looked at him and tried speaking without any tremble in my voice.

"My sister...she's in the hospital."
