(Y/n) is your average high school student that is interested in becoming a detective. Her best friend, Light Yagami, is also interested in becoming a detective. One year in high school Light happened to look outside and see a black notebook. Once class was over Light went to pick up the notebook and someone happened to see him, (Y/n).

(Y/n) was born on (birth date) of (birth month), 1986 same year as Light. Her mother died after giving birth to (Y/n) so her father took care of her. At the age of 13 (Y/n)'s father killed himself because he couldn't handle not having his wife, leaving (Y/n) alone. (Y/n) ended up staying in an orphanage and was never adopted. She went to school and tried to be as normal as possible
