Naruto's double life

Naruto is one of the four members of team 7 but what happens when Naruto lies about her gender and tells everyone in the Leaf village that she is a boy and they believe what she told them.
Well when Sasuke starts to get suspicious about where Naruto goes on the full moon nights will he find out her true gender? What will she tell him and how will he react to her answer? Also in this story Naruto is also the king of hell's daughter.
