42 Days

This is our story. More specifically my story. The events and moments that led up to the single worst moment of my life undoubtedly.... the moment when I lost him forever. This story is full of memories of love, happiness, and loss. It's not your typical love story. He came into my life when I needed somebody, and I fell for him instantly. But this story is unlike most stories, it doesn't have a happy ending.

My name is Emily, and I am about to tell you my story. You will laugh, cry, and wonder why I made the choices that I made. Why I let myself fall for that one boy in science class. I often try to make myself forget because it is easier. But then I see a picture, or his tshirt that still smells like him, or one of those stupid love letters we used to give each other. And the full weight of what has been lost crashes down on me. And the worst part of it all... aside from losing him I lost myself.

So here is my story, the story that forever changed me. The story that I will never forget.
