In a society where everyone has a view of you.. a view based on your wings, what would you rank as?
The more vibrant the color, the better your social standing. The more dull the color, the lower. Your entire demeanor is based upon your wings.
The vibrant wings determines the bolder personalities. The color itself determines your unique personality.
Everyone has their own uniquely colored wings. But some have colors almost unheard of, colors that either put you at the very top of the social ladder or shun you from majority of society. Those wings are pure white and pitch black.

The Angel Under the Mask
(I am going to rewrite this story... Eventually.) On the outside, Sal Fisher is a normal boy with a semi-normal father, and a semi-normal face. But something that is more odd than his face, is his wings. He doesn't know why he was born with wings, but he always hid them because he knew it wasn't normal. But if people really knew Sal, they would know that not much is normal for a boy like him. Literally wrote this when I first decided to write stories and thought SMUT was a good idea.. IT WAS NOT. stand up for your uniqueness my mother always told me but in truth that just meant to be like everyone else I grew up with no friends except for hero my pet giraffe- puppy sounds kinda weird but if you lived where I was you'd understand . you see a hundred years ago the world was hit with a chemical blast millions of people died And the survivors were given abilities these abilities were sorted by color and when you were eighteen you would be given that color then if you were bodily able you'd go to a.t.c (abilities training camp ) where you would train your abilities to their strongest until you could fight the "defects " see some of the survivors couldn't handle their abilities so they transformed into twisted creatures that would kill anything they saw as a threat including us as a result thousands died trying to fight them off . and soon I'll be eighteen soon I'll have to fight them soon I'll be one of those thousands (p.s this story isn't a very violent one although it may contain some pretty bloody scenes .)Complete
