lucas william is a seventeen year old who's been sheltered all his life and just wants a little glimpse of freedom. coddled by loving but over protecting parents. he's never experienced any of the milestones that his same-aged peers take for granted, having a driver's license or having a curfew that isn't two thirty-five pm. conveniently enough that happens to be when the bus arrives at his stop.

but one day on the way to the bus something catches his eyes. His ticket to freedom. which happens to be owned by the most praised girl in his school, that isn't even popular. jessica vega is just appreciated, for her work that happens each friday.
