500th Games: the Quell of the Untouchables

It's been 500 years, and despite 5 failed rebellions, the Hunger Games are still going strong. But, as time passed, new rules had to be added to keep both the Capitol and the districts happy. Enter the Untouchables: children aged 12-18 who are exempt from the games because of their talents and love from the Capitol citizens.

But now, the Untouchables have been around for 125 years, and they're getting too much power. They have to be shut down in some way.
