The world is plunged into a eternal darkness on Hallows Eve by a evil mage that has cast a spell over the world. To make matters worse anyone who was wearing a costume at the time has turned into what the character they were. The few survivors are either hiding from the danger of the world or are Strikers vicious gangs that steal food and more necessary things for survival from the people hiding. There is also one more group the people who are considered important enough to be protected from the world and help try to find a way to stop this endless night or people who are married so they can replace the people who have been transformed.
