Now getting kicked out of a college young Stella (now known as Duke) has to go to the university near her home. The home were she grew up next to a frat. Now home and with her 50 brothers also known as delta side she meets new the new frat boys who were recruits last year. Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Josh Devine. Down the road of pranks, parties, and school. Love happens along the way, will Teddy her godfather and his best friend and her brother Pete allow it to happen with there sister and one of the frat boys? How will Dukes parents handle her going to class and hanging out with delta side? What will happen in Neighbors 2? (The boys aren't famously in this. I don't own the Neighbors Characters. Only adding on to the movie which happened to spark a idea in me.)
