The body is like a spiritual river. Energy flows from a powerful source and is eventually either expended or conserved. But spiritual energy is affected by many things, especially our emotions; every feeling of happiness, pleasure, sorrow and regret can decide whether we remain calm, or lose our composure and spiral out of control. Growing up on the outskirts of the kingdom of Pyrus, Arthur always had it rough. At a young age, he lost his parents when his village was ransacked by a band renegade soldiers, and was adopted by a poor nomadic family. Since that day Arthur had begun training in every way possible, in hopes that should an event like that which killed his parents reoccur he would be able to protect the ones he loves. One late night while hunting Arthur was on the trail of a deer, when a violent storm trapped him in a cave. After a mysterious roar and a violent lightning strike almost killed him, Arthur awoke the next morning home with a mysterious mark on his body. Unsure of what happened to him that night Arthur seeks answers, and after making some unlikely allies, he finds out that he is not alone. Fate has something big in stored for him; but will he be able to overcome the obstacles? However, there is one thing that Arthur needs to learn... Energy lies between the plain of Darkness and Light.
