All Loki had was his months old daughter when the love of his life is killed. He soon goes mad and the Asgardian council decides to take baby Colima away and place her with a family on Midgard. Fast forward fifteen years and Loki has all but forgotten his daughter that was stolen away from him as an infant. He makes a deal with the Chitauri to bring them the Tesseract in exchange for power and control of Midgard. Colima has grown up with her adopted family not knowing who she really was until Loki decides to make a 'guest appearance' on Midgard to take two things, the Tesseract and take back his daughter.

"Her name is Hela," he replied, watching the infant lose interest in the shield and move onto something else. Hela looked up at the mention of her name and the same grin came across her face. The smile reminded the Avengers of Loki, it was clearly obvious. The child seemed more innocent, but she was clearly his daughter. It didn't take a genius to know what they were about to do. One year passes since the destruction of the Bifrost and the conflict between Thor and Knight. Most of Asgard believed Thor had died and Knight went missing as a result of it. He was quite impressed as well. Is he even ready for the love that comes with a Midgardian? But how could he get through this without her? After all, she was the only reason he became King in the first place. But isn't life much simpler when your blaming failures on a Midgardian? What about her? She possessed powers.
