But after his mom sends him to Gravity Falls to stay with Bud for the summer, it doesn't seem like he has much of a choice. After running into his childhood best friend, Pacifica, the summer suddenly looks promising. After all, what could possibly ruin their reunion? Oh yeah, there's the creepy Pines Twins who seem to know much more than they let on. . . Dipper Pines has always lived in the shadows with his sister. The twins have stayed away from the public eye ever since a terrible stage accident that occurred 5 years ago.
