Enna Carbo has spent most of her life living in a castle as a well-groomed lady, though her heart has always held a love of adventure and she has longed to see the world. So, when given the opportunity to travel, and to make her own path in life, Enna jumps at the chance. Top of her destination list is Skyrim. A cold and harsh land in contrast to the warmth she knows of her home in Cyrodiil. Though just as her adventures are beginning, a dark presence from her past, seems ready to rip it all away.

This story is set in the World/universe of the Elder Scrolls games (mainly the 5th; Skyrim), though you don't have to have played them to read or understand this story.

Esme had one big fear in life: being captured as a thief by the city's guardsmen and being executed for her crimes, and that so heavily weighed on her mind that she increased her risks by being distracted in the middle of a heist. That's when she runs into Althalos Fourthborn: Inner Circle Guardsman, one of the many princes of the realm, an Aelif (Dark Elf, local dialect)...and her betrothed by treaty. (That was something her almost human mind could not handle.) So she calls off the heist, gets demoted into a far more risky job, learns the true bitter depth of what this treaty's bond is like, and lands safely by her prince's side....sort of. There were people who still wanted to end her life, even if she was in what most people would call a Happily Ever After. That and her prince had his own living fears that were gnawing at any chance they had. That and she might just lose her mind from everyday boredom. But the one she couldn't wrap her all-too human mind around was that she would one day grow wings and fly away from her almost Happily Ever After to live in a hive with ancestors more alien than a hottie with pointed ears and abandonment issues. ~~~~ Yes, there are adult themes in this book, and difficult subjects, but nothing is excessive, as this is probably my simplest story. So, trigger warnings: A history of assault. Occasional vulgar language. References to partial cannibaliam. Extremely mild, light, and rare sex scenes. At least one elitist mentality. ~~~~ Ages of MC/ML: Esme: Apparent age of 24, roughly 20 years lived (mostly human). Althalos: Apparent age of 30, roughly 65 years lived (Elves mature slower).

Ember Ryvergrave is tired and alone. Her mother is dead, her twin sister doesn't need her, and her best friend is in love with another. She feels as though she has no purpose anymore. She's a trained assassin. A killer. Surely she shouldn't be feeling so dejected from the people around her, yet those feelings linger deep inside her stomach. Along with the secret magic that resides in Ember's bones. The magic that would cost her her life if anyone knew about it. She's prepared to live a life of solitude and coldness until a strange boy with mint eyes and golden hair sees her and her magic. Ember's world flips upside down. He comes with news. Ember's fellow assassin has been taken. She has been tasked with retrieving the assassin and bringing them home. However, Ember has to cross through her country and go into the capital. Where the King resides. The man who wishes her dead. Though, she doesn't journey alone. The mint-eyed boy insists on coming. Now she must watch out for him . . . and herself. Trouble stirs and old demons come back to haunt Ember. Especially two men who are on the hunt for her. Ember's past is coming back to life and it's worse than anything she has ever imagined. Will she be able to save her fellow assassin? Or will she perish before she even reaches the capital? TWs: sexual assault, mentions of sexual assault, violence, gore, obscene language, depression, suicidal thoughts. Please take note of these before reading! 214K words *COVER ART IS NOT MINE* Len Yan is the artist of the cover, I got it off of pinterest!

(No longer being updated on Wattpad. Check out my works on RoyalRoad) Some Legends Fade. Others refuse to die. For two hundred years Kaius has cheated death, defied fate, and outlasted time itself. He is the sword behind countless victories, has bled for emperors, slain monsters and demi-gods alike and altered the course of history but such triumphs always come at a cost. His friends. His family. His flesh. Even his very soul. Now, Skyrim teeters on the brink and threatens to drag the rest of the world down with it. Civil war stains the land red, vampires prowl the night and for the first time in 4,000 years, dragons are returning as harbingers of the greatest of their kind; Alduin, the World-Eater. Yet, while all eyes turn skyward a darker horror stirs beneath their feet, one that makes dragonfire merciful in comparison. Fate demands Kaius rise once more to challenge it, but this time even a legend won't survive alone. What to expect: -A connected series of short stories, novellas, novelettes and novels of approx 275,000 words -A gritty, character driven fantasy grounded in realism, loss and hard-won victories. -Slow burn character growth and arcs between interesting and varied main characters. -Violent, but grounded combat and action. -Dark secrets and revelations -personal stakes against world ending threats: Apocalyptic wars, vampiric plots, dragons and WORSE -Subtle romance and connection, combined with gritty humour that's earned, not forced. What not to expect: -A chosen one with everything handed to him (or them?) -Shiny magic systems, -Plot armour or plot immunity. -Anything that wouldn't fit in the same world as the likes of 'The Witcher', 'Game of Thrones', or 'Lord of the Rings' ***New chapters every Monday, Wednesday & Friday***

"Who the fuck do you think you are, talking to me?" The foreign man's eyes looked me up and down, making my skin prickle. The environment was unknown, thrumming with magic I couldn't place. Did this place even exist on earth? " Excuse me? I'm the keeper of this place! And you just came crashing in out of nowhere! And for the record? That's not supposed to happen." The 'keeper' as he called himself, pointed at me, his expression pinched. "And that's my fault, how?" I rolled my eyes, wincing slightly as I shifted my weight off my injured foot. "You're just an annoying little-" I coughed, looking at my hand. Blood? I wasn't supposed to bleed. Not like this. "What was that?" He looked at me cheekily. "Just get me the fuck out of here." "Ha, I don't think so. You're staying here until we figure out why the hell you managed to get through impenetrable magic. Besides, you wouldn't survive the transfer anyways. Not in that state." He eyed me, practically mocking me. "..." I growled. "I'll kill you." "And then you'll never get out, so what'll it be? My head, or your escape. Your choice." God, I hate Wizards. ___________________________________ Welcome back, any of you who have been reading OGB. And if you're new, feel free to check it out.
