It wasn't until the day she died, Zoe Wilkes started to feel alive.

Valor Academy wasn't your usual high school, as seventeen year old Zoe was going to find out. The educating establishment was buried under the Earth itself and it had taught the people who make the decisions - angels, devils, superheros, geniuses, spies etc both dead and alive.

In her mundane existance, Zoe's biggest worry was homework, coursework and A Level examinations now she is anxious of the educational aspect of Valor Academy but on top of her school work, she is battling a creature that has the ability to ruin the natural order of creation.

As Zoe and her friends make plans to defeat the enemy, Professor Momento wonders: will the guardians end the war or will the war end the guardians?
