After World War 3 broke out, the world is once again divided into two: The Insurrectionists, those who aim to restore former Communist countries back to their former glory, and the Confederacy, the countries who want to keep everything the way it was.  The Confederacy's elite force of soldiers, nicknamed "Spartans", are their best bet on winning this war; crushing anything that stands between them and victory.
