Marisól, een jonge vrouw die volop in het leven staat en een goed baantje heeft, wordt gevangen genomen. De schouten hebben haar opgepakt en ze wordt naar de galg geleid, terwijl ze voortdurend onschuldig pleit. Maar dan verdwijnt ze in de oproer die ze gesticht heeft tijdens haar galgenrede, de schouten blijven verbaasd achter. Misschien was deze Marisól toch niet zo normaal als ze gedacht hadden...
Niet veel later duikt er een vrouw op in de bemanning van een kapersschip.

I don't know if I died or not, but the moment I regained my consciousness, I was already standing on a field full of grass and surrounded by trees. "W-what is that...?"
