Mooneyes had been exiled a moon ago. His brother, Weaselface, had gone with him, and together they faced foxes, badgers, Thunderpaths, and Twolegplaces. They crossed rushing rivers, all the while being watched anonymously by a rogue they met.
They and the rogue decided to go back to the Clans, but an injury brings them to a Twoleg nest, where Mooneyes discovers something no one would have thought he'd have to discover.
