When retirement is a subject bought up more often than not, the members of International Rescue decide it's time to hand the reins to the next generation, but they soon hit a slight snag, only four Tracy grandchildren exist, Kieron, Zarah, Dove and Ivory 'Ivy'. Kieron is 18 and is the son of Scott and kayo, he enjoys flying his father's Thunderbird and making new inventions in his workshop. Zarah is Kieron's younger sister, she left with her aunt when she was eight Dove is 17 and is the daughter of Virgil, Dove doesn't know much about her mother as she died when she was 5, all Dove can remember is her mother's eye colour and name: silver, Dove. She is called Dove by all her family and friends because she wants to keep the memory of her mother alive the best she can. her father has been dating a man for 5 and a half years and plans to marry him soon. Ivory 'Ivy' is the daughter of Lady Penelope and Gordon, being much younger at 14 she feels like an outcast at Tracy Island, so her, her mother and father moved away from there and back to Lady P's palace in London where Ivy has been accepted for a scholarship at one of London's leading universes. At only 14, she's a genius! Somewhere in England: Eliza and Georgina are 15-year-old orphan twins, it's them and their older brother Jamie who is 17, they live with their aunt and her abusive boyfriend, only one person knows about what the twins and Jamie go through at home and that's Calum, their next-door neighbour. Bready lives on the opposite side of the world to the twins, Calum and Jamie. Bready is the national champion for kickboxing, he often gives his younger sister Heather bits of advice and training out of hours. Heather is the local kickboxing superstar and younger sister of Braedey, she often pesters him to the point when he has to knock her out to make her shut up! But one chance encounter will change everything forever...

Ever since Baz was a child, he heard stories of the miraculous Simon Snow and his incredible adventures in Neverland. For Baz, stories of Simon are more than just stories--they are true. The tales become his way to escape his harsh reality and his old-fashioned family. So, when his sister is old enough to understand, he tells her about Simon Snow and his battles with The Insidious Humdrum and how he and his fairy help-mate, Penelope, save Neverland on a daily basis. What Baz doesn't know is that there's always someone lurking outside his window when he tells these stories. Ever since Simon was born, he knew that the real world wasn't the place for him. His mother died during childbirth and his father, in turn, became an abusive drunk. So, when Simon was seventeen, he escaped to Neverland where he would never have to grow up and be like his father. Now that he's been there for so long (he lost track of the years overtime) he starts to wander back into the real world to see how things have changed. One night he hears, through an open window, a silky voice telling stories of Simon Snow the Great Adventurer. The boy that didn't want to grow up. So Simon hovers outside the window night after night, just to hear what the boy has to say. One night, Simon finds himself going in through the window to try and find his shadow and meets the mysterious story-teller. Who, as he finds out, is not just mysterious--he is incredibly attractive.
