Nearly a century after the war to end all wars, the world is again trifled with conflict after a devastating plague rattles Europe and Asia. The Tractatorian Empire, formed out of the ashes of the Central Powers, captures Barret Müller of the Mendacibus Confederacy at the battle of Jaipur. However, he isn't interrogated or tortured. He isn't beaten or demoralized. They nurture him back to health, as if in repayment for the horrors he endured. It's up to him now, with his newly acquired freedom, to learn the truth about the world around him, and discover the history that shaped it - the history after World War I.

Long ago 555 years ago a great disaster stroke Earthland. Nearly all life was destroyed those years ago between the battle of good and evil. This war broke out with dark, evil and unknown creatures that could turn other races dark and evil along with them. Low level and class creatures were killed by normal weapons but Class C and higher were only killed by ten great weapons made so long ago. Those weapons were the Fairies Gifts. Long ago 561 years ago a young Fairy along with the Queen of Fairies and the Queen of Dragons came up with the idea of making the Fairies Gifts, great weapons that could pure and heal the turned people and kill the high class creatures. These weapons were made in a long six year battle with the weapons with the same welders who all joined together in the Fairy Gift team as the weapons had their own thoughts, voices and lifes. The weapons were picky and would chose their welders as they ended up picking all Fairies as their original welders. One second they was winning the war with evil until that great disaster. After 555 years some parts of races like elves, demons, angels, nekos, humans, dragons were able to live the one race that truly got wiped out in that event was the Fairies themselves. Small parts of these races lived. 555 years and six cities were made with powerful magic shields, fighters and mages to protect them. No one really knew what happened so many years ago but with what parts of history everyone knew they blamed Fairies for letting or even helping evil win but what happened when the new welders find a crystal with a person trapped in it? What if that person had the missing Tenth weapon? What if this person was the last of her kind.....The last Fairy.
