Laiyan and Rose are childhood friends. The 2 live together like family. They both had a traumatizing  past which caused them to grow up with a love for destruction and killing. Laiyan and Rose are similar in nature they are both good at heart. They cause massive chaos everywhere and the government tries every way possible to stop them but fails. 
This fun of theirs stops when Rose meets a guy. This hampers in their "big plan" and thus causes a group fighting against them to have an upper hand against them. Then everything changes....
