Nelly is nothing short of a bitch. Popular and self-scented. But her life takes a massive turn when she is hit by a car after realising her boyfriend is not as sweet as she thought. But it's not the near-death experience that changes her view on life forever. Nelly meets a girl not much younger than herself who has cancer. Her name is Casey.
