"Why won't you just trust me?" I asked, my voice small and my eyes pleading. Derek looked up from the ground, his green stare piercing my soul.
"I don't trust anyone." He answered, his voice tired and broken. I watched in misery as he turned and disappeared into the forest, a tear slipping down my cheek.

When the twenty year old Sorren Argent is bitten by the alpha, she knows what she must do. It is an understood law that once a hunter is bitten, they must take their own life. After all, they wouldn't want to become one of the monsters they hunted. But while Sorren is on the brink of ending her misery, her plans are interrupted by none other than Derek Hale.

The silent brooding werewolf is not happy to have a hunter turned werewolf to train, but decides that she needs help. He sees her potential, knowing she could help kill the alpha. But he never planned to get to know her, and he definitely didn't plan to fall in love.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
