'' Do you have any idea who I am? '' I forgot I was in hiding and  clarified I yanked down the hood letting my h/l h/c hair fall down. The guard started to choke on his words.
'' What??? Your the eldest of the L/n! F/n.... '' He shook. A slight grin of satisfaction spread across my face. In a minute of dead silence I remembered  'I was in hiding'. My eyes widened.
'' What are you doing here of all places?!? '' My hand trembled I pulled my cloak up ' Mother of Irene! Shoot!' The guard pulled down his helmet his eyes were deep blue and dark blue hair.
'' I'll be asking you to come with me M'lady! '' I turned starting to try and run, his hand softly touched mine I stared back at him eyes full of surprise. For once I felt a spark, I felt as though I wasn't  alone... It was warm... '' Please M'lady... '' I pulled my hand away and rushed through the trees.

The Kingdom of Ru'aun was rich and plentifully, if you were lucky enough to live in the inner city, Falcon Claw. That was not where Aphmau was. She was born and raised in a small village far to the east called Phoenix Drop. She was thrown into guard training by her parents at the age of 12 to give her an opportunity in life. After 6 years of intense, tiring combat training and schooling, she'd been chosen to move to the castle as a guard. Of course, she wasn't expecting to be guarding the Crowned Prince of the Falcon Claw Castle. If she had the chance to go back to that day, she'd take that chance and run for the hills while she still could. 19 year old Prince Aaron, wanted absolutely nothing to do with her. He didn't want to be watched over, he didn't want to be guarded, he just wanted to be left alone for once in his life. With his luck, that was impossible. He never wanted the crown. He was intelligent enough to rule and he acknowledged that but he always wished he could just be free of his binding curse. "Let them go, Dante." I whip my head to see a small boy standing the clearing with blonde hair and a green cloak hanging from shoulders. He isn't very tall however he holds his stance well. He doesn't seem to be more than Cassandra's age. Maybe 12 at most. I abruptly turn my head back hearing the man holding a sword to my throat chuckling with a sinister grin. "Oh, poor boy, what are you go to do about it?" The yellow teeth gleam as he begins stalking towards the boy who does not look the least bit fazed. I look around at the other men who are following the leader. I pull Cassandra tighter to my back as I take small steps back. I keep my eye trained on the men but also fear for the naive boy. "Do you really want to test me Dante?" He asks raising a single eyebrow. For a minute the men stop their movements. I see their hesitation for fear... Fear of what? I take the moment to stick Cassandra behind a nearby tree. She crouches down while I pull my sword out from its place. "How do you know my name?" The scoundrel raises his sword challenging towards the boy before taking a final step towards him. Then the unexpected happens. The young boy chuckles so darkly. It sounded almost... demonic. All the men instinctively raise their swords. "Oh Dante, I didn't know your name... but you know someone dear to me." "Spit it out boy!" The once grinning man is now looking around frantically. I continue my eyes scanning the small boy. He looks directly me and gives me a small nod before saying one word that caused all hell to breaks loose. "Artemis." Artemis is not an ordinary girl. She grew up in the wilderness after being shunned due to unique abilities and her different physical attributes. Blessed with an ability that scared others, she roams the wild with only her guarded one. That is until she stumbles into a situation that brings her in front of a prince.
