Now that he's finally figured out what she means to him and could mean to his future she's in love with someone else, and this someone else isn't some random guy he can step in and just take her from. This other guy is is best friend, Finn.

I've always loved my world. The quiet power of good tailoring, the way a name can open a door before you even knock, the elegance of knowing exactly where you belong. I love the rituals. The stillness before a gala begins. The whispered negotiations behind a champagne glass. The way silence is not absence-but control. There's beauty in structure. Comfort in legacy. I never needed to rebel to feel alive. I had Europe, I had Yale, I had purpose stitched into every inch of me. And yet... Every now and then, there's a moment. A crack in the perfectly painted walls. A glance, a word, a face I can't explain. She was one of those moments. Familiar in a way that had nothing to do with memory. We didn't speak. Not really. But something between us shifted the air, like a thread being pulled from a fabric I thought was seamless. And suddenly, I wasn't sure if what I loved was mine- or just what I was told to love.
When It's Right, It's Right
Starts off at "Wedding Bell Blues" Slightly AU- Rory and Logan start out the way they did on the show. However, Rory is still a virgin and Logan is not a big fan of being someone's first- he can't handle the emotional baggage that tends to come with it. Rory knows Logan won't stick around if she's still the big V which leads us to her trusty friend Finn. He's been helping her out with a class they take together and they spend a lot of time together, as well all the things they've discovered they have in common. How will things with Rory and Logan pan out and will Rory see the caring and kind guy who's been there all along? I have tested the first few chapters out on another website but I am getting some much-needed editing and content help from Mindy Root so things might be a little slow going at first. After Rory discovered that Logan had slept with his sister's friends during their break-up, he tried everything to get her back but it was to no avail, she wanted nothing more to do with him. Shortly after their final break-up Rory was on the receiving end of some life-changing news. This story is set following the events of S6 E16 'Bridesmaids Revisited' and picks up three years later...you can safely assume that anything past E16 didn't happen.... Title is taken from the Taylor Swift song of the same name.Complete

Wherever You're Going
This story takes place 7 years after Rory turned down Logan's proposal. What happens when Logan and Rory run into each other in New York City? Logan lives in London and Rory lives in NY. Are they still running into obstacles? Can Rory save Logan from a life of unhappiness? I thought they had a real love in the series and wanted to finish their story. I didn't like most of the AYITL series, (except Fall) especially how Rory was portrayed. I have put this story out as my version. I think we all should be thankful to Amy Sherman Palladino and Dan Palladino for their wonderful characters and, of course, I don't own these characters.Complete
