Lee Greyman has always lived in the shadows. People barely knew him as a person. And yet, Lee didn't mind it so much. Lee preferred the sound of silence rather than being surrounded by people all the time. It drained him of his energy, which he rather conserve and save it for later instead of wasting every bit of it trying to tell others that he'd rather be left alone.
Lee's new friend, Amy Thane, felt the same way... but she was a little outgoing for someone introverted like Lee. Lee sometimes noticed the sudden beauty of the girl that was his new friend, how her long dark hair waved gracefully through the wind, how her matching eyes reflected the sunlight like a mirror. Lee felt his chest throb with each moment that he noticed Amy's beauty, but not just that, her kindness towards other as well.
Lee felt a sort of connection... and it was growing larger by the second.
