It's that time of the year again. The people in the city of Elligally get taken down one by one until it ends and the remaining have no idea what even happened. All they can do is shiver and sign in relief they weren't taken. 

In a city full of shape-shifters and monsters anyone could be a suspect. 

The new detective is on the job of finding who is causing all these people to die and will run into criminals and gang members but with the help of his partner his optimistic mind thinks he might actually find a clear path into figuring out what the hell is happening.
