Death has done his duty for millenniums. Humans, animals and things in times unknown and worlds long dead. 

For millenniums he has taken souls over the threshold. But time is done and so is the very fabric of the Universe. It has all come to an end, a final life to be taken and all will cease to exist. 

One more life. One more soul to walk over the threshold and into the unknown. 

Time has come to an end but for death there is one final goodbye. 

And that final end is the hardest one of all.
