What Dwells Outside **(CURRENTLY ON HOLD)**

Nikolas has lived his whole life in the compound. So has everyone else. But no one knows he exists. Well, until one certain day. A day that everyone fears. Exiting Day.
Living in a small area, the population must be controlled, so a one-child limitation was put into place. Nikolas is a second child, so he and his family could face punishment if he is found. One terrible day, the day before Exiting Day, he is discovered. The next day, him and several others are forced to leave the compound that keeps them safe from the outside world. If they survive for ten days, they are welcomed back into the compound and treated as normal citizens. But when the world outside of the compound is as dangerous as it is, who will really know who makes it back alive, if anyone.
