The original five holders of magic, wielding the power of the elements and both the light and dark aspects of their element, have sired two offspring each. One offspring has inherited the light aspect and the other the dark. The same go for the others. The offspring are now fighting each other in a war of light vs dark over who should rule humanity. This story follows the dark offspring of the original fire wielder, Will Shade, and his journey through this war.
