Ethan's dream is to one day go to the Olympics and compete in the gymnastics competition. For now, he's stuck as the only guy on his high school's freshman cheerleading squad since they wouldn't let him join the gymnastics team. Every day, he is tortured by the varsity football team, getting slurs thrown his way as often as punches. The only exception was the two players who definitely didn't belong on the team: Jack and Mark. They didn't dare lay a hand on him due to the fact they both had girlfriends on the cheer team. Their best friend Tyler, however, had no cheerleader girlfriend to save him and was forced to beat him up.

One day, he finally stood up for the poor kid. Big mistake.
