This takes place after the end of Season 2. National City is still reeling from the Daxam invasion. A portal stands outside of the city proper, a chilling reminder of what befell them and what could happen again. Lena spends her days and nights at L-Corp trying to rebuild and working on a project she shares with no one. She avoids Kara, guilt heavy upon her shoulders for the part she played in placing trust in Rhea. This starts within a memory, within a dream, and reveals the hopes and dreams that make the child into the person they will one day be. There are no answers offered her, only questions.
