A Tornado Warning

3 year old Whisper stares into the sky as she watches the funnel cloud approach the ground. Her mother gathers supplies and hurries Whisper into the cellar. Her father no where to be found. Until he opens the cellar door staring at his wife and child. Once the tornado was gone whisper knew her life would never be the same. 20 years later another tornado hits New York. Whisper finds a little girl scared out of her mind. Whisper is determined to keep that little girl safe at all costs.
