Loving you, Has its perks. How fast time flew, But joy was overrun by hurt. You built me up with building blocks, Then slowly pulled me apart; Until there was a single block, Holding me together. I told myself I could make it... Until you ripped that single block out from under me. Severing me from safety, Sending me spiraling in unknown terrain. Although I remain locked in that darkness, I know, If I were given the choice to do it again, With the same ending... I would have snatched at the opportunity, Just so I could feel your love, As short as it was- Collide and entangle itself with mine. -- A book for me to post the endless poems that have come to my mind because of a certian rough patch in my life. It's obvious from the poem and title that it's about a relationship, so prepare for sad poems and romantic poems.

"She was hopelessly in love with him, with every fibre of her being. It was a love that was both beautiful and dangerous, like a wildflower blooming on the edge of a cliff. She knew that loving him was a mistake, but she couldn't help herself. It was like she was drawn to him, like a moth to a flame. But as their love story unfolded, it became clear that this mistake would have dire consequences. It shattered her soul, leaving her feeling lost and alone in a world that seemed so cruel."
