A regalia never seen in the mortal world prowls the lands.
Never seen by anyone, never needing anyone, she's contempt with leeching off the dead memories and painful experiences of other phantoms to change human kind for the better - not only that, but they're changed into regalia, who can only account for blurry memories of the girl who saved them from an everlasting nightmare.
Phantom storms are her element, but one fateful day, she saves a god she had never heard of before now from a particularly nasty specimen, and he and his regalia are determined to pay her back for her bravery - even though she is clearly one of the enemy.
Or was she?
No one could know, until her memories are finally brought back to her.
