I've Always Been There (Kaoru x Reader)

25 parts Complete

(Y/n) has always attended Ouran. Her grades were always close to the top, and her status wasn't half bad either. She wasn't popular, not too well known, and liked to stick to herself and not stand out. Her parents are the infamous (l/n's), though a small dark secret hides behind the walls of the (l/n) residence. (Y/n) can hold a fake smile for years, but how long until a certain twin pushes his way into her heart, and sees what's hidden behind that smile? Will he realize that he's met her before, and is part of the reason for her sadness? Or will he just cause her to close up more, and hide away? Read to find out! Sorry for the few errors, I'm writing this on my phone :( !
