Meet Amunet Ava. She's fun, shy, and is adopted. When she was six she came to live with the Hills family and has had a happy life ever since. She also has a strange shaped birth mark on her upper right arm in the shape of the Eye of Horus, an Egyptian god. But that's not where the wierd part ends. As it draws nearer and nearer to Mutant High School's anual Halloween Dance  weird things happen. Like how Osiris and Isis start to show up in her dreams and say that she's their daughter. Now that she's been hidden from all of the gods and goddesses and is being swept up in a mess of love, friendship, and betrayal, will she ever get her life back?

Nothing but a small smile from her in response made me frown. "What is wrong, son of Jor-El?" her voice was soft but smooth. "You know who I am?" "Of course I do, it's right here--" She traced the "S" on my chest with a single finger and then trailed down to my belt and tapped it. "I'm sorry about your parents." She paused, touching my hair. "So, you are the last son of Krypton...and there is still no order here?" "Who are you?" "Can't read?" She asked, clucking her tongue as she put her hands on her hips. My eyes went down as she tapped her belt, but then I felt my cheeks flush. "Shame, Kal-El, shame." "What?" "Last son you may be, Kal-El, but I'm the last daughter." And she was gone in a flash of white and gold...quicker than the blink of an eye, a speeding bullet. Like me. NOTE: I am aware of the DC Comics version of Isis. I thought it was lacking.
