 Raila Felynis is a young woman living in the war torn country of Arien, a small continent where the Royal Family wastes the lives of innocent people with powers on a war they cannot win and nobody can remember how it started. Numerous people with powers and abilities live there, and they never return home from battle once they're sent off to fight for supposed glory.

Raised in near-poverty and making a living by being the best thief in town, Raila resents the Royal Family and their supposed enemies.
