Futuristic, dystopian medical world with a bitchy, snarky heroine who is a female surgeon on a mining base with PTSD trying to save everyone. Along the way she discovers that she's not alone and that maybe she's not a failure after all. Dedicated to anyone else with PTSD and may they find out that they were brainwashed to believe they were the failure rather than accepting that the system screwed you over. Not sure if anyone will like her at the start, but her story needs to get out there.  It starts out pretty grim, but it does get better and eventually she will get a happy after and a lot of really kinky sex. Also, she swears a lot, just saying.... I've pretty much written 100K of this so I'm just tidying up before publication here.All Rights Reserved

As the narrator, I'm tempted to simply write "Middle Finger" because that is essentially what you'll feel like I'm giving you in telling this story. As you may have surmised, a crazy person will be telling this story, and the characters involved are indeed also all crazy in their own special ways.
