To anyone who didn't know her well enough, Jade Devin was nothing but a shy, lonely, keep to herself type of girl. She spent her lunches sitting on a bench, ferociously typing at a laptop keyboard, occasionally growling when someone got too close. She never raised her hand in classes, yet got straight A's. She always walked home, yet never found it in herself to participate in any sports. But the few who knew her well were just like her. No, not lonely, not even close. They were fierce warriors of a secret underground intelligence made hundreds of years ago, with every employee from the same bloodline. The Devin bloodline. But that wasn't the only thing. Only certain people were chosen. They were the ones who had the Wolf Gene. The Wolf Gene gave abilities of a wolfs to the occupant.
