At fourteen, Nick Gautier thinks he know everything about the world around him. As if starting high school isn't hard enough... now Nick has to hide his new friends from his mom,his chainsaw from the principal, and keep the zombies and the demons simi from eating his brains, all without getting grounded or suspended. These strange numbers he sees floating in the air are the key to controlling his new-found time control powers. He just has no idea how to use it and he's terrified he might accidentally hurt someone or worse. He has a sinking feeling it could be much, much worse than that. He also has a hunch that it's not just controlling time that he can do. Zach is getting the idea that his strange new abilities might not have a limit. That by altering the ghostly numbers he can literally change reality. Now if they can just survive long enough to figure out a way to get home. It also doesn't really help that when she finally makes friends at school they are forced to help Alex as one of them get's bitten by an unknown alpha. What makes matters even worse is that human friend Ben is absolutely terrified of Tyler and Tyler can not stand the sight of Ben. When things finally seem to go back to normal it all blows up in their face one more time, this time the explosion is so big people die and Alex is forced to kill. Will she be able to ever become a normal teenganger again, especially after meeting so many people and seeing so many of them die one by one in front of her eyes. Will she ever be able to get the image of killing out of her head. And will this all ever even stop?! Or is she going to have to be scared for her life for as long as she lives! Even if it's that hard-core and determined badass girl from the school or the one who stays hidden in the shadows with books piled up right in front of him. In a normal high school filled with players, jocks, Heartbreakers and badass personalities, a boy with blue eyes, gel soaked brown hair and adorable face gets claimed by the most feared girl in leather jackets. Lucas Clark was not your average teenage boy. Mean it, he was not. All around you could see boys of his age probably flirting, playing games, hanging out with friends and throwing parties like their life depended on them. But he was a nerd. He was a straight A student. And she was the bad girl of the school, Claire Cooper. When one meet turns out to be Claire claiming him hers, he is left devastated and knowing that not to mess with "The Claire Cooper", Lucas has no option but to give in.
