I'm Shrinking Violet and I've been sent off to prep school in the middle of nowhere (otherwise known as Indiana) while my parents are working overseas this year. Parting from my beloved Empire State was rough, but who knew things would only go downhill from there? My older brother roped me into joining the Secrets Club so he could impress the girl who runs it, Pandora Fletcher aka Queen Bee of Aurora Preparatory Academy. Out of the blue, someone who really shouldn't be talking to me by any rhyme or reason partnered up with me to play the Secrets Game and gave me a pack of magical cards to help him trump Pandora. Please tell me I'm not the only one who finds this entire situation outrageously bizarre. I can pretty much kiss my peaceful sophomore year goodbye. Scratch that, it was long gone from my first day here.
