Counting down

This is the story of the 15 year old Zander. Ever since Zander was young every doctor has told him he won't live to celebrate his 17th birthday. Now the time is ticking down to his death and he still has no one by his side, but his mother who is always away for work. As time continues to tick away he meets a girl and her friends and becomes friends with them in a snap. As time continues will the doctors find a cure to save him, will his new found friends continue to care for him even after they discover what's happening in his life and to him?
