The merciless king

In a messed up world where two new species of humans had come to light, the Sveas and the Saabs, Jamie Thorne try his hardest to keep his territory, the complete west coast of the USA, in peace. As one of the most powerful Svea walking this earth, Jamie is known to be hard on the rough male, but easy on the frightened female.
But now, his territory is suddenly invade by many Sveas and the King has decided to make a trip to the continent. On alert, Jamie and his team try to understand the reasons of such a move and he can't stop thinking this little Saab who recently move on his land, Raine Williams, might be part of the answer.
But why would a female Saab as weak and fragile as this Raine William be in the King's radar, that he got no clue.
