Young Willow is born into an over-populated rouge clan in the city. There isn't enough food to go around for so many cats, many go hungry. The council has been eyeing the forest near the city, but there's one problem, cats already live there in four clans. What does Willow do when faced with the decision to help the clans, or their home?
