"The Rap Game" centers around the life of a young man named Jack Nelson. Jack has a troubled past, which leads him to make a couple mistakes that ultimately land his close friend pregnant. With his child on the way, and no money, Jack and his friends take advantage of a foreign exchange program to England to compete in a battle rap league- the stakes of which equal a sum of one million dollars.
Author's Note: The naming of the story "The Rap Game" is an intentional reference to D12's hit "Rap Game," written in 2002 about the hardships of the rap industry.
