Her Mother (the wolf parent) was killed by hunters, unfortunately her Father was struck by the news that the love of his life was killed and to top that off he then found out his wife was a wolf he killed himself and left his daughter a.k.a (our main character) Ivy Ann Wallace to his wife's sister named Kate Roseline Smith.
