Summer is officially over as High School for the Outcasts starts, but what even is the Outcasts anymore now that Simon is a part of it.
Jeah and Simon are working on their friendship, while Artie and Tammy have matured, leaving Devin and Milo to wait at the sidelines for what their future must hold.
Finally, Milo is going through the bone marrow transplant that should save his mother's life just before the future crumbles around him.
With Jeah's powers returned, and Simon's reformed personality, it seems all is well, but that is just not the case in the world of Teslents and Scavengers.
With the Doctor removed from her job as a Special, and Alex stepping into Jerry's place as president of the Teslents, things at the Bureau are unstable. It is determined that because of this sudden mass amount of trouble rising, it is time for the One to rise and the final battle against the Scavengers to commence.

Outcasts

DISCLAIMER 2016/2017: This book is a few years old at this point, and due to the political uproar in American in 2016 I feel the need to make this abundantly clear. Outcasts takes place in a dystopian world in an undetermined year in the future, and the political parties depicted in this story - the Republicans and the Democrats - are in no way, shape or form a commentary on their real-life counterparts. I had very little knowledge of American politics when I wrote this story, and if I could go back and change their names I would. Throughout the story you will read of absurd flaws in both party agendas, and in no way did I ever intend to shame or defame the real life Republican and Democratic parties of America.
