Based roughly on a true story about a girl who fell in love with the wrong person, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
The setting of the story starts first in Guyana, South America and continues in the United States. It discusses the love story and life of Daisy and Mya, two Guyanese teenagers who fell in love with each other, when such love was unacceptable.
Their love was besutiful and pure. However, because of fear and distance, that love eventually turned into regret and hate. As a result, the two of them became each other's worse enemy and remained as such for three years after they broke up.
Daisy eventually decided that in spite of their history, she was willing to be friends with Mya again. However what Daisy didn't know was that Mya was still in love with her.
